I liked the usability of the site - everything is extremely chewed and the very basics are shown so that understanding appears. Is there anything similar for the rest of web development (js, php, maybe even full-stack development, so I plan to go there in the future)?

learn.javascript.ru - perhaps the best tutorial on JS. Everything is written very simply and clearly.
https://www.codecademy.com/ - if you know English (the initial level will do), then you should also open it. There are courses for all technologies of interest. A bunch of puzzles aimed at understanding, learning is gradual from simple to complex.
