Where to gain experience in administering web servers?

I am very interested in administering web servers and everything related, but there are no such tasks for my main work, I have only two of my own vps on which nginx and the sites of two small offices with very little traffic.
I want to grow in this direction, so I'm interested in how you can gain experience, what tasks to set, what to do, etc.? It is clear that it is easier when at least there is some set of servers in the office and they are entrusted to you, but my situation is different.

Judging by the fact that you need experience - the knowledge is there. So?
So you can administer - look for orders for administration, where people offer to do work for a penny or even for free, and do it.
Here is the experience for you.
And then, with experience, learn to value your time and stop taking penny orders, but experience will not go anywhere.

More often, this is only by acquaintance, many firms host sites on all sorts of vps, and then after years something starts to glitch and blunt, they are looking for a person who can fix everything and monitor the subscriber.
I administered several servers this way while I was a student.
