Where to find the cheapest device to go online?

Most likely, my question will look chaotic or at least stupid, but I could not find an independent answer on the net on the net.
It is required to find the cheapest physical device (10-30 pieces) on the market with which you can access the Internet using a browser (you need to log in from different physical devices). LAN or wi-fi connection (one module for all devices is possible, such as an external shield). The monitor is also external, one for all. Oparatsionka is not of fundamental importance. I know about the existence of virtual machines, VPNs and other things, but different physical devices are needed. For now, I’m looking at cheap Chinese analogues of Raspberry PI, but I don’t have much experience in this and I can’t find the best option yet.
Tell me what are the options?

Look at the raspberry itself with a gig of opera on board. Take analogues, etc. I don’t see the point - it’s already cheap + there’s a lot of information on it. From the "analogues" at the most crucial moment, bugs can begin to creep.

why analogues? take the raspberry Pi-1. or buy some megaphone phones for 500r) you need a "device", and not a PC as such

It's not entirely clear what is required. But then I came across an interesting article, namely a device for accessing the Internet via WiFi, from $ 2
