Chrome proxy extension stopped working, what should I do?

Hello.
For many years I have been using the Google Chrome extension "FastProxy" to bypass blocking on various sites.
I distribute the Internet via Wi-Fi from the phone to the laptop (megaphone operator).
Everything worked, but today I can not access any site blocked by the RKN. fastproxy is working.
Moreover, no VPN helps. The megaphone blocks everything.
