Good afternoon, but it shouldn’t be there, it’s a product that another designer made for his own task, of course, he won’t make it publicly available. Maybe someone leaked something like this into open access, but it will be extremely difficult to find, I think it’s rather impossible, too narrow a request.

In general this is most likely done in a 3d editor, you can try to learn and do it yourself if you really need it.
