Can you please tell me if it is possible to find a company or specialists in Blockchain?
The essence of the problem is as follows, it is necessary to receive data (confidential) from other organizations, they want to implement this using Blockchain tools.
As far as I understand, everything should be transparent in Blockchain, is it so and is it possible to implement it in Blockchain?

You can if you really want to. Exchange public keys. Encrypt messages with them and upload them to the blockchain. That is, it will be in the blockchain, and outsiders will not be able to read it, only the owners of the private keys.

You can also develop your own dApps to implement the task, including those based on your own blockchain. Own blockchain will allow you to set your own rules, but on the other hand, you need to convince the community of trust in it.
The easiest option without the need to deal with complex cryptography and trust is to fork, for example, EOS or another blockchain, and modify it to fit your needs. This is quite legal, because often the blockchain community distributes solutions under an open MIT license, which allows you to use the products in your projects.
You can also take a more fundamental solution - Graphene, and build your own "EOS" based on it, which will have unique parameters, including transaction rules, commissions, rules for attracting nodes, and so on. Further, in the created ecosystem, you can introduce mechanisms for interacting with other organizations through APIs and keys.
With the help of block explorer (an information explorer in blockchain blocks where information is written) it will be possible to track transactions, make sure that the block is formed correctly and the conditions / data are authentic.
