How can I avoid paying a fee when sending bitcoins in a JAXX wallet?

Previously, I used some kind of program that sent from any wallet with the lowest commission, it just took longer to send than through the standard JAXX wallet program. But now I forgot the name of this program.

No extras. there are no programs for other wallets for this.
It is dangerous to wedge other people's programs or intermediate processes into wallets.
It is necessary either to form a transaction manually (it is difficult and low-level tools are needed), or to use a wallet that allows you to adjust the commission.
For flexible work with commissions, use the most recognized wallets:
Bitcoin Core - https://bitcoincore.org/ | https://github.com/bitcoin/bitcoin/releases
Electrum - https://electrum.org/
Both allow you to adjust the commission to the minimum.
Bitcoin Core is the most flexible in terms of commission options - you can specify a calculation of up to 7 days if this is a transfer for yourself (where immediacy is not important) or the recipient is in no hurry to spend. This will turn out to be a penny commission. In this case, in fact, the transaction will get into the block faster than this period.
Electrum is less flexible (only a few fee options), but it connects to the network faster, because. entrusts the storage of the blockchain to foreign servers.
Two critical points:
- When downloading a wallet, please, please, check the source from where you download it . Check the links through Wikipedia to make sure that this is the official site, and not a malware that mimics it. Fraudsters often set up sites with similar domains.
- If you decide to use Electrum and not Bitcoin Core, in no case do not update the wallet according to the messages that appear inside the wallet . These are scammers. They launch fake Electrum servers and send a fake update message to those who connect with a link to fake sites. You need to update Electrum only and exclusively from its official website.
