Where to find small bloggers?

We need about 200 bloggers with 1000 - 10,000 subscribers.
Where to find them? Is there some kind of mass catalog of all channels or at least a video on demand parser that will show all the information about the author of the content.
Let's say I entered the query: "What do I eat", it searches for all the videos and gives me information about the blogger's channel. (filter by date, i.e. newest)
From this result, I already sort by the number of subscribers and leave only those with 1000-5000 subscribers

At the top, the link to the site works according to the old api, which is bad and the search is limited.
I speak absolutely professionally on YouTube, get an official search, in all possible categories and areas. We register the key and read the manuals ... with examples, in particular in php, we get a json feed.
