Where to find remote work for Android Junior?

Hello community. I am 22 years old, my name is Sasha, I am from the city of Mariupol.
I have been actively involved in programming for about a year. I started by learning Java on the javarush website. Then I switched to android. startandroid gave me an initial base, an idea of how everything works, stuffing my hands (at first I read the article several times, then I tried to do it myself). I re-read Thinking in Java several times. All this took about 600 hours.
Then I decided to implement my project, which had been in my head for a long time. It took about 400 hours and this is what came out of it: BClock
I understood everything, quickly completed my project, posted it on the market and decided since there are already 1000 hours of work and 1 work in the portfolio, then you can look for a job. Wrote a resume, posted on all job sites. Began to send to employers. There were responses, several interviews. All as one said "You certainly did a great job, but we would like to see a person with at least some commercial experience for this vacancy" or "we need a person with spoken English (I read and listen fluently)". There was one test task - to make a media player, it took about 30 hours. The source codes of my project and task can be viewed here GitHub (refactoring will be, but after the implementation of everything that I have in mind).
I can't go to the apprentice/trainee position. It will be hard to support oneself with the money that they pay there. A foreign city, more than half of the salary for an apartment (there is an apartment here, but there are no vacancies).
Tried upwork. But no matter how much I tried, I couldn't get the project. Yes, and it is not stable, which in this situation is a key factor.
Now directly question.
Where and how can I find a full-time remote job at this stage? Payment preferably once a week. At first I am ready to work for $2.5/hour and I will be immensely grateful and happy.

The fact that you posted your question here with a detailed description is well done. Maybe someone here needs a junior.
But about the rest I will say this: hit, hit and hit again at all the doors that you can only see in front of you. You now do not have the situation to think "stable / unstable." Think, savor. You need to "run" through life, climb into all the cracks and shove your resume there, talk about yourself.
Upwork is not reliable, but conversational is often needed, still bid and bid. You will make the first 20 left orders, then you will run into a regular customer who may well feed you. It happens so often there. You don't have a choice now!
Further hh - send letters to everyone! Try different spellings cover later.
Search everywhere, social networks are full of specialized groups, where such vacancies are often posted remotely.
I will say this, when I was looking for a job remotely according to my profile, it took me HALF A YEAR (half a year of life without money, in fact, for the rest, what were they!) for orders to go. HALF YEAR! Every day from 8 am to 10 pm, and sometimes all night long I scattered my resumes, unsubscribed in social networks, searched, studied English at the same time; So I have experience - 4 years in an awesome firm in a big city in a good position.
The last point is very important - learn conversational now. It won't get any easier. There will never be a time when life becomes easier. Believe me.
And remember that from the beginning of the job search to the first order, it can take from six months to a year. And this is not a lot more.
See also this companywww.epam-group.ru/careers/job-listings?sort=best_m... Newcomers are constantly needed. Pts good company, get there and show yourself - consider life a success.
There is training there, it is often mandatory for juniors. Be sure to look, write there. It seems like there are no vacancies and an office in Mariupol, but there are in other cities. This is a very good option, I think, for you.

upwork.
Most likely a bad resume, past work is not indicated, tests were not passed, or the payment does not match the experience (for example, if it costs 2.5 instead of 10, if the resume pulls at 10).

Leave your contacts here, and a link to the resume, maybe someone will help you compose it correctly (I'm not a master of writing a resume, as everything was decided at the interview, but I'm sure there are those, just add the hr tag) )

At this age, and for juniors in general, employers look at basic training: education, algorithms, mathematics, these facts must be reflected in the resume.
The situation is divided on the basis of specialized/non-core education. If it’s non-core, you need to agree to any options for a start, and don’t give up the upwork, make your own applications for the portfolio.
EPAM is an option.
