Find any developer on go/net/php/ruby/python, for a certain amount of money he will become a senior nodejs, or find a fullstack and for a certain amount he will specialize in your backend. If you can't find it, then you offer little for senior/middle.

For a lot of money, they buy a programmer from some mail.ru/yandex/tinkoff, etc. In addition, they put 2 juns from the frontend or from other stacks. After 8-9 months we get the development department on node.js

Why not grow such a specialist? Take an intelligent June with burning eyes and swing it. He learns to motivate him in courses, trainings, etc. It is not necessary to immediately pay him a lot of money, you can partially compensate him for the cost of training. It will pay for you in the near future.
Previously, enterprises had such a thing as mentoring / supervision. This is when a more experienced specialist teaches a novice specialist. Now it's clear ... the market .., you need it here and now ... but it doesn't happen like that. We need a compromise. How do you like this option?
