Where to find IT friends in Saransk?

I know that the question is rather stupid, but I have a question...
Where can I find IT friends in Saransk?!
I just don't know what to do anymore...
I'm tired, everyone with whom I talked is not interested in programming and English. Everyone around is just trying to get the highest grades. It feels like they don't have a hobby...

Ie . they only know how to memorize, and they have no personal life...

UPD: Or is this the problem of all programmers in Muhosranski?

IT friends

))
IT: Classmates, future classmates.
English: English mugs
they don't have hobbies...

On the contrary, it looks like you are limited in a hobby, if it is important for you that people be in this area and there is a dropout.
Best Choice:
Look for friends/future classmates who are good at finance, sales, communication skills, or something similar. Sooner or later you will realize that programming is not a panacea, and besides talking to the guys about cycles, you can talk about culture, art, travel, investment and n-number of topics.

@Sanes

Get an internship at a local organization. It's not just about hobbies.

See if there are any public meetups or conferences in Saransk. Look there.

Do you follow everyone?
You can try to look for programming groups in your city (maybe you will find friends there). But in general, programmers (oh horror) have friends who are not programmers. Most likely, your interests simply do not intersect with the environment, in such a situation xs how to help you, it's just that for many programmers - programming is work and not the meaning of life, many try to make sure that they only have programming at work.
upd: You can always communicate at least online, here is a list of communities (also see the comments) https://habr.com/en/post/536852/
