Where to find good game designers?

We are a team of developers (designers, coders), we work in a city with a million inhabitants. We came across such a case that hh on request "game designer" gives out 1 resume.
Please advise where to find strong game designers who can make an exciting game. Where do they live?

The question "Where?" does not answer the question "How?". The first mentioned DTF resource is famous for its very biased attitude towards GameDev.RU, and vice versa. The first call the second - Schoolchildren, the second answer - Snobs. Both are partly true. In some places, not even partly, but "very true." I would recommend going to DTF only with a good stash, and readiness, and most importantly, the ability to fight off someone's fingers. There you will receive them in full.
GameDev.RU despite its scandalous reputation is the most vibrant and rich community of game developers. On it you can meet both just talented people and real stars. It is with GameDev.RU that the legs of projects noted in the press, and even got into Steam, grow. DTF, as a layer of that old industry, mostly demonstrates social and casual projects, the main trend that has not changed over the past ten years. Five or seven years for sure. Therefore, if you want to make a Game, and not a casual or social craft, you better send your stops to GameDev.RU.
Just remember to find out how and what your potential game designer did before. Because one of the many problems of a large community heavily inundated with young people is “I am a game designer.”
Every second game designer is there, and it is not at all necessary that they are sensible. Because a game designer who writes an idea for you with burning eyes is a theorist. Chatterbox. Ideas generate everything.
And a real game designer is, first of all, a boring hack with a big head. Very big. Where fits a lot of related knowledge. In general, the task of a game designer is not to come up with a world, all sorts of monsters and a dashing twist of the plot, but the ability to create game mechanics, or fit existing game mechanics into your game, and of course, last but not least, the ability to write understandable documents and Specifications. Without the latter, a game designer is like a cripple.
In general ... look at the pedigree of any person. Into his reputation. And look for Potential. The number of good projects speaks well of how many successful game designers there are in Russia. There are not so many of them.

I join the question. There is a real lack of an intelligent designer-enthusiast who could help programmers :)

Now many:
elementary do not know where, how, from what and where to take the information. Despite the presence of the Internet, there is practically no information about the GD. And without experience, no one will take.
