I see 4 ways out here:
1. Be content with what you have and beat the minimum of vacancies that you have.
2. Pound offices and professional teams directly "well, take me."
3. Open topics on specialized forums, communities, etc. with the offer of their services.
4. Develop a product for your own / market needs and release it into production. You will probably be noticed and offers like “class, can you do something like this? Will you work for me?”. As a last resort, you will gain experience and income on your own product.
The problem is that the sphere is narrow and junas are not needed in it. We need specialists who can solve specific problems (and not striving). These are not web studios where you can educate js students for half a year on small sites, here the price of an error is expressed in specific numbers (and, as a rule, considerable ones). Accordingly, options 1,2,3 should be started only as such a specialist, but it is better to start with your own developments. First for your needs, then after the test on yourself - for sale. This is how several birds with one stone are killed - and practice, and a portfolio, and, possibly, money, and you can start even now.
