Where to find an artist enthusiast?

I want to try to work on a 2D game, but I can't draw. Behind 3D games that have over 200.000 in google play, so I know what I want. Since I am an indie myself and work for the result, I would like to find someone who is gaining experience like me. So where do artists live?
