Where to enter in the direction of mathematics and computer science?

Good afternoon!
At the moment I am a high school student and the day when I will need to choose a university for admission is not far off. I plan to enter a specialty related to computer science and mathematics, preferably with an emphasis on theoretical knowledge. With my direction, I decided exactly, for about a year I have been working remotely as a developer and I am completely sure that I like it.
This question would not have been asked if, with all my love for computer science and mathematics, I did not lack any knowledge of physics and chemistry (except for the most basic ones, at the level of grades 6-7), and as I understand it, in most technical universities these items are not put in the last place.
I live in St. Petersburg and I would like to do it here, but the options for moving to Moscow, or even abroad, are also interesting.
At the moment, the list is headed by SPbPU IKNT (I need help with choosing a department) and St. Petersburg State University (I need help with a faculty), but this does not mean that I intend to try only these two universities.
Thank you very much!
PS For advice on choosing a faculty and department, I will be very grateful.
PPS The gap in physics and chemistry is not a conscious choice, motivated by the thought "not necessary" / "not useful", but the situation with the teachers just happened, which I regret.

UPD. The information in the answer is out of date
Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology in Moscow is an excellent choice, although now everyone there is exclusively engaged in scientific activities, nevertheless, there are excellent faculties for a programmer: FIVT, FUPM.
MSU is the only VMK I can advise. There are several acquaintances and friends, and they feel quite well and work.
MEPhI, if only for safety (before it's too late, because they are reducing faculties), i.e. this is KIB.
In Baumanka for software engineering (but now it’s not very good to study there, education has worsened and the composition of teachers is no longer the same).

In extreme cases, you can look towards MIREA (now MTU). This is cybernetics or information technology. Basically I tried to indicate faculties that do not require physics or chemistry for admission.
Priority from top to bottom.
UPD: I wrote an article where I more or less described the current situation *an article on Habré*
