Where to download ISO image for Windows 10 Pro?

Good afternoon.
I'm changing an SSD in my laptop and want to put on a new Windows 10 Pro from scratch. Now, in fact, this Windows 10 Pro is spinning on an old SSD. Where can I download the ISO image, I did not find. It seems like it is done through the Media Creation Tool, but firstly, it does not let me choose Windows 10 Pro (there is simply no such choice, only Windows 10 and Windows 10 Home for the same language). Secondly, it requires 8 GB on the C: drive and does not allow you to choose another place where to create the image. And 8 GB on drive C: I don't have it.
How, where and what can be done? Where can I download the Windows 10 Pro image, or how can I get the Media Creation Tool to give me the choice of the Pro version and where to create the ISO image?
