Windows 7 uprising against the user, how to treat?

For the last 2 days, the computer has been behaving a little strange, I turn on the computer, it starts up without problems in just a minute, but then it starts incomprehensibly, I try to start a program or open a folder, the computer suddenly freezes and even after 30 minutes of waiting it does not respond to requests, more or less yesterday I launched Kaspersky Anti-Virus, cleanly, the computer is not clogged with nonsense, only a couple of necessary programs and 1 game and that's it.

Start by completely reinstalling Windows. If the problem persists, then it is hardware.

Look in the event log, maybe there are errors there. I would also check the hard drive for bad sectors.
