Where to deploy the backend for the VK application?

I made a game on js + html like 1010 , now I'm looking for a place where to deploy the application (because I'm a student, my budget is $ 5 per month). The backend (implemented on node.js, but I can rewrite it in php) on request gives 200kb of cached static (styles, scripts). Expected traffic 500-1000 oz./day. What do you recommend for such a budget?
