If nothing specific - our molotok.ru, Avito and others (easily searched by Yandex or Google).
If some part is from an old computer (like a motherboard from a laptop or even screws from a MacBook) - ebay.com is better.
Domestic ones have a clear advantage in terms of delivery and timing. But here the choice is not always pleasing, and prices can break (or they may not break, it happens in different ways, depending on the lot and the subject).
