Where to buy the largest open proxy list?

All sorts of "burglars" were tortured. Constantly rummaging through our site.
In 90% of cases, the IP from which they scan or try to break it with their hands is Open Proxy.
There is a desire to buy a list (and regularly update) a list of available Open Proxy and ban directly in iptables.
I was advised here one resource. Well, I paid for access for a week. Downloaded the most complete list. So in this list there was a minimum of IPs from which they are breaking into us :(
Actually, the question is - where can I buy the most complete list of Open Proxy?

A complete list, alas, does not seem to me to exist. Yes, and those who "rush" to you use not only Open Proxy, but botnets, the collection of the base of which seems even less likely (due to constant change).

look from which country they are attacking, maybe it’s easier to ban by geo-ip
