Where to buy solid oxide fuel cells?

I can not find any Russian or Chinese manufacturer of solid oxide fuel cells. Interested in a solution for a load of 30W, 24V.
Hydrogen elements are not very desirable.
The planned area of application is backup power for hard-to-reach places.
If anyone has experience with this, please share.

Do you know for sure that they are released, and do not exist only in the form of prototypes with operating temperatures from 500 degrees?

I know about hydrogen ones. As for solid oxide, I only assume that it would be time for them to appear in production, judging by the time of technology development.

I do not see any problems that creates a working temperature of 500 degrees.
