Where to buy .com .ru domains?

Interested in a domain name registrar for registration by a citizen of Ukraine of domains .com .ru, not reg ru and not godaddy.
They are disgusted, but the previous domain that I did not register, but only checked whether it was free through their site, was taken by myself. I had to change the name of the company.

work with clients from any country, including Ukraine.
There are hundreds of times more international registrars, their list is simply not readable. It is better to search on Google (the same Google Domains for example), the choice for any cost and taste.
