Why buy in the age of letsencrypt?
If it is not possible to use it (shared hosting, etc), there is ZeroSSL (90 days), Comodo (30 days) - you will often have to re-release.
Or you can remove the site behind CloudFlare - they have a built-in letsencrypt

Excuse me, but what kind of certificate is this? So the price is not very high - they come in 50 tyrs, just depending on its type, the price can be raised unbelievably (if this is an ordinary DV for a year - then they are just pissed-off goats)
