How to set up replication via ssl in mariadb?

I read the article habrahabr.ru/post/104412/ configured both servers, but it does not work.
crashes with an error

ERROR 2026 (HY000): SSL error: error:00000005:lib(0):func(0):DH lib

the same error when I connect using a client with the same certificates.
plz tell me what it could be? I can't even figure out where the problem is - on the server side or on the client side?
