Where to buy a water cooled ATX power supply?

There is a task - to make a mini-servachok (or two side by side) completely water-cooled.
It will stand in a closed place - a closet, so it is necessary to remove heat to the maximum and silently.
There is nothing better than dropsy, there are already two computers in this cabinet on mini-ITX boards and in the same cases, the processors are on dropsy, but it's noisy and hot in the cabinet, the thermometer shows +38, although the air inflow and outflow are forced, it's warm they mainly give power supplies, their efficiency is low, and a lot goes into empty heat.
This is the background, and now the topic - I can’t buy a water-cooled power supply anywhere, there are many articles on Google about “innovations” on the topic from 2007-2010, viewing the mentioned manufacturers did not give anything, apparently removed from sales. A thing is needed.
You don't need much power - 300-400 watts is more than enough.
Tell me where to buy a normal water-cooled ATX power supply, and if the vendor has an assortment of blocks for the chipset / memory / disks and fittings / hoses, it would be superb, otherwise it’s a pleasure to dock a motley dropsy ...
Thanks in advance!

@opium

make proper ventilation in the closet will not be so hot.
it seems that switching power supplies have a very good efficiency, a good unit can safely expect 80 percent

Another option (this is done in many industrial equipment: in the electrical cabinets of CNC machines, for example) - mount two radiators (inside and outside), and a Peltier element between them. With four plates and two 120mm low-speed fans, you can make a pretty decent refrigerator. Or, in general, turn the entire back wall into a refrigerator! :)
