Where to buy a buzzer / tweeter 220v?

I am looking for a very cheap, small and quiet buzzer / tweeter / buzzer that would work from 220v. Ideally, in general, adjustable volume.
Purpose - to use as a sound indicator.
I assume that there must be some kind of piezoelectric tablets that take up very little space (say, up to 2x2x1cm). Maybe someone saw it somewhere?
