Where to buy a Bluetooth adapter?

I decided to buy Bluetooth headphones, but there is no adapter in my computer. I went to the market, and there is only either usb or wi-fi. Are there bluetooth-only pci adapters and where can I buy them?

USB is enough for these purposes.
There is simply no point in making bluetooth on pci / pci-e - neither high speed nor power is needed there, so there are no such devices.
Take usb.

For a long time no one makes a separate pci bluetooth device, they do it in combination with wifi.
A small whistle to the bluetooth port will be enough, I recommend taking it right away with APTX support so as not to run twice.
If there are not enough usb ports, then you can look for pci-e wifi + bluetooth adapter.
Wi-Fi in it can be turned off so as not to create unnecessary interference, and the antennas will give a slightly larger radius of work.
