Where to backup????????

I'm looking for a better place to store backups (naturally, in the cloud or a reliable RAID "somewhere"). FTP support is an important requirement.
So far, I’ve found KeyWeb / KeyDisk, their prices are certainly attractive (5 euros for 100 GB per month), and I even ordered a test period - everything is very, very good, but the site’s interface scares me (as if assembled on my knee ... maybe I’m just very I'm used to modern ones), and the upload speed is not higher than 1-1.5 MB (not Mbps!) per second. It seems not bad, but the same FirstVDS allows me to upload at the maximum speed of my provider.
There's also Amazon S3, of course... but maybe there's more?
The approximate backup volume is 30-40 GB, uploading about 5 GB per month. Naturally, there is a home NAS and an external screw, but I also want to pick up a high-quality cloud, so as not to worry at all.

We use Amazon S3 + RackSpace.Cloud File to be sure.
We add backups in patches, through duplicity .

Look at the cloud storage from selectel . I haven't tried it myself, but I have a service in their cloud, no questions at all.

High-quality backups are not made to the cloud, not to a reliable RAID.
High-quality backups are made on 2 different remote backups, while the reliability of a separate backup does not matter.

I haven’t researched the issue in detail, but don’t other clouds provide free accounts other than Dropbox? There on Habré whole lists of clouds were published. In addition, a simultaneous backup to a bunch of “freebies” is reliable enough not to spend money (and in some cases nerves) on it.

You can try Acronis Cloud as a complete solution. If Windows.

What is not an option to install a network file storage at the admin or director's house? Not just like that, of course, but for paying for the Internet, for example.
