Android. Backup contacts and the ability to restore only individual contacts

Good evening.
Is there a solution for Android that would allow you to backup contacts (along with high-resolution photos) and would be able to restore individual contacts (and not all of them).
Why do I need it : I often delete outdated contacts so as not to have fun in the contact list, but sometimes it happens that then you start communicating with these people again, and you don’t want to re-create a contact, hang a photo on it and fill in the data “d.r., e- mail, web site, etc.” Therefore, ideally, it should be some kind of contact manager with the ability to transfer contacts to an alternative storage.
ps: synchronization with Google will not work - because my photos are 800x480
pps: given that the contact store is a sqlite database, there may be some ideas on how to do this at the database level

then open csv on a PC (at least with notepad). can be Outlook. edit and upload back.

As you know, we can't backup mobile phone SMS or PC contacts only via USB connection, you need to use third party backup mobile app to help. Coolmuster Android Assistant
