Where to add ready-made settings to PotPlayer in reg / ini files?

In the settings there is an "Export" .reg file, but no "Import". Actually the question is, where then to add this .reg file to apply these settings?
Also, if you check the "Store settings in the .ini file" checkbox, you can get the settings in the .ini file, saving them, I decided to experiment. I returned all the default settings, replaced the .ini file with the previously copied one (which is with ready-made settings), but the settings still remain by default, i.e. even after the replacement, they are not applied and remain standard ...

First, there is one caveat. the bit depth of the version
during import should be the same version of the x32 / x64 player

I am NOT able to apply the old settings.
1. first exported the .reg file and saved the .ini file on the old device.
2. then installed the same latest version of the player 210929 (x64) on the new device.
3. applied .reg file.
4. set the checkbox "save settings in the .ini file" in the settings.
5. replaced the .ini file in the root directory and in AppData / Roaming / potplayer
Does not work (
resetting the default settings does not help.
