I keep a personal blog, sometimes I try to post something especially significant and supposedly interesting not only for me. Where can you post a link? Is it possible on Habr and how?

Habr is not a store. You can advertise goods, services, events, accounts, etc., post a link to your blog/website in your topics only in two cases: if the topic is located in the “I am promoting” hub, or in a corporate blog. It is also not allowed to place ads in the habracenter.
