What tools do you use to create a blog yourself?
I would like to make my own website, where I will post my projects, and also sometimes write a blog.
I don’t want to use WordPress and its analogues - there was already an experience that was too cumbersome for my purposes.
Static html pages are not suitable due to the fact that it will be inconvenient to manage adding, editing and deleting projects and blog entries.
How can you make your website-portfolio-blog? So that the admin panel has the ability to add entries, edit them (at least basic text formatting, add links and pictures), delete and add new pages for the site.
What do you advise?

WordPress ))) Well, or ModX, because you yourself say that HTML is not enough, you need a blog, well, WP is suitable, or some kind of poor engine where nothing can be done except a blog ..
I use blogger.com (blog service from Google): https://sitecoder.blogspot.ru/
As an option livestreetcms.ru habr seems to be on it
But wordpress is not so bad, and the bulkiness is compensated by the Egey caching module
and other dregs with encoded sources - I would not put it (you have already been offered here)
There is a simple CMS, I did a small project, maybe GetSimple will do
Trust me, the best cms system for a blog is . Very simple documentation, there are even video tutorials on YouTube. And there's no such thing as a bunch of php files like in WP. With Oktober, you create your own theme and your admin panel is divided into two areas: for development and for administration (read adding posts). And there is the best interface in comparison with Joomla, WP, Drupal.
