Where should a programmer go?

So I'm currently in 9th grade. The age of realization that in a few years there will be not the easiest choice came to me very early. So, I live in Voronezh and the only decent option for future admission is VSTU. I'm considering several options:
1) After 9, go to a polytechnic college, given the new law giving me only one deferment from the army for one study program, if I may say so, this option is very doubtful. Since I graduate from a technical school, I’m going to the army, I’m already 21, and there’s still a bachelor’s and a master’s degree or a specialist (whatever, what’s there + -6 years) ahead of me, in total I’m almost 27 at the end of my journey through universities. Not the most pleasant prospect of finishing study at 27 and try to find a job with no experience and so on.
2) After 11, go to a specialty (who is interested, here is this arr. program - cchgeu.ru/education/programms/brks/) actually passing scores in past years were quite pleasant (200 points) that I, in principle, will master, considering again distribution of 70 points for each exam, of which there are 3 (considering Russian, which flies off my teeth as a subject, and of course I can master 80+ points). Having entered the specialty, I get that coveted deferral and at 24 (having already served in the army) I am already ready to gain experience / freelance / look for work, etc.
So here's the crux of the matter. Is it worth it because of the Unified State Examination, which is a nightmare for a good half of students in grades 10-11, of an extra two years of study + you need to take into account the fact that after the technical school I will not receive a deferment and, judging by the stories, after the army, the first thing I will think about is not how I would now write the entrance exams faster, submit the documents, and so on. In general, people lose their desire to learn. Therefore, I don’t know in which direction I will change and whether I will sharply change my outlook on life by giving up at the moment the most desirable and beloved profession that I look at with burning eyes.
By the way, at the moment I'm studying front-end development + in parallel, I'm a little bit capturing Python and js.
