There was a problem installing Entity Framework in a console application. Here is the error: package restore failed. rolling back package changes for . I found the answer to this question on the Internet (most likely), but you need to find the .suo file and delete it by restarting the studio. Where is the .suo file and how do I delete it?

This file is created for each project in the studio, and deleting it can help if you cannot open a specific project, but you have a problem installing the studio itself.
