Where is the preferences... file in hyper?

In hyper there is such a file where you can configure the command interpreter by changing it from cmd to bash, I accidentally indicated a link to the git bash shortcut, and not to bash itself, now even after several reinstallations the program does not start, tell me where is this file? I remember that in order to go into it, you had to find the preferences... button in the hyper.
