Where is the path to the APEX admin panel set in ORDS?

ORDS and Oracle Application Express are installed on the server with Oracle database.

I can access Oracle APEX workspaces.

When I try to go to the APEX admin panel, I get 404: The person in this question

faced a similar problem , but his solution did not help me. I noticed that a path like localhost:8080/apex/apex_admin is converted to localhost:8080/ords/apex_admin . Where is this mapping set?

It turned out that the path /apex/apex_admin stopped working for me.
How I solved the question for myself: there is a link to go to the admin panel on the workspace access page, if you scroll to the very bottom of the page, when you click on this link, I normally get into the admin panel. The path to the admin panel is now different.
