Where is the most inaccessible part of smartphones for UI?

It’s clear that all smartphones come with different closed zones, I think one of these is the middle of the upper part of the screen (usually there is a camera), but I didn’t see all types of smartphones, so I can’t say for sure what is there only.
But often at the top there is a UI panel for settings, etc., if you know that only in the middle at the top is often an inaccessible zone, then this is good, you can configure the panel so that the elements are on the sides but not in the center ...
But is it only at the top in All phones have an inaccessible part in the center, maybe there are models with other inaccessible areas, what is the best way to arrange the panels?
The fact is that I have 2 panels, one at the top and the other at the bottom (both will not be at the bottom), so I think how best to place it at the top, there is a lot of space much lower, at the very top the center should be free for the camera, but is it only the middle ...?

No, not just the middle. There are cameras in the corner.

Use Device Simulator, there you can enable it to show Safe Area. Script for her: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cyDflP3RqT4&ab_cha...
