Where is the logic / scheme of work / interaction with the user described for telegram bots?

Where is the logic / scheme of work / interaction with the user described for telegram bots? In the documentation for them - installation, a quick start with a couple of examples, and then a description of the functions. I would like to read about the scheme of work - how the bot reacts to a message sent by the user.
