Where is the {$HOOK_HEADER} code in Prestashop?

Good afternoon! The question is very banal, probably, but I didn’t work with prestashop before, but I need to fix a bug that pops up with the code added via {$HOOK_HEADER}.
Where is the php file that outputs the code?

In header.tpl you won't see anything other than {$HOOK_HEADER}. Probably, you need to edit the module (code) that is attached to the hook, see the menu for distributing modules by hooks. If I understood correctly...
