Where is the Health app on iPhone in iOS 14?

What I did:
1) On the Home screen, I carefully looked through all the applications, as well as groups of applications. The Health app is missing.
2) I used the search (the leftmost screen) - it also did not give anything.

3) I studied the "application library" (the rightmost screen) - it's not there either.

4) I tried to look at Settings-->General-->Restrictions. There is no such menu in iOS 14.

5) I made sure that the Health application settings are still in the settings. That is, the name and icon, in theory, have not changed.
