Where is the handler for the personal.order.cancel component?

Good afternoon.
There is a site on Bitrix, it has an order cancellation component ( personal.order.cancel ) I need to make an adjustment to the message sent from this form.

Perhaps you need not a handler, but
"Settings->Mail templates-> [SALE_ORDER_CANCEL] Order cancellation"
If not, then the order itself is canceled in /bitrix/components/sale.personal.order.cancel/component.php , but make changes there still not worth it. If you correct the text REASON_CANCELED, it’s more correct to form it even with the help of JS on the same page when submitting the form than to customize the whole component.
