Where is the "~/.gimp-2.8" folder in Ubuntu?

I would like to photoshop hotkeys in Gimp, judging by the instructions from the site - you need to copy the file with the information to the specified folder. But here's the problem, you can't find one.

~/ is the current user's folder. either /root or /home/{username}
folders with a dot at the beginning are hidden by default. in the "View" settings, you need to select "Show hidden files"
