How to set up graceful shutdown in UBUNTU?
I can't shutdown normally in UBUNTU. As I understand it, SIGTERM is not sent when the computer is turned off. As an example, chrome, when turned on, notifies you of an incorrectly completed work, or if you create a document in LibreOffice and turn off the computer, then the save request will not occur and the program will end in emergency mode.
I found this bug report:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/systemd/...
But I don't know what to do about it.

And if you enter sudo halt in the console, does it turn off the rules? I think there is an error in the shutdown script, a normal halt should send sigterm to everyone
