Where is the error in csv?

Hello, using php, or rather the fputcsv function, I created a CSV file for import into OpenCart. I import using the CSV ImportPro module. Out of 995 lines with errors, 219 lines are being processed. Maybe the quotes are wrong in the product description field or something else, how can I check the CSV file for errors? Maybe there are some services. Or perhaps the fputcsv function does not work correctly.

issue resolved, added a line of code to replace the semicolon symbol ; on a comma in the product description, and it all worked.
