Where is the code commenting hotkey located?

Hello.
For some reason, the hotkey for single-line commenting stopped working (Ctrl+/ → //). Tried to find it in Settings→Keymap but couldn't find it.

Who faced similar. Where is this setting located?

go to Preferences | Keymap
and in the search enter comment with line comment
or Preferences | Keymap -> Main menu -> Code -> Comment with Line Comment
