Please tell me where the basket window is edited (circled in red around the window in the screenshot)? More precisely, tell me in what way can I edit the Bitrix basket template?

If this is a standard component, then turn on the edit mode and hover over it, then edit and the window title will contain the file up to the template, if not, then you need to look at the call in the code.
