Where is the best place to store files of various sizes?

Hello. We are developing a marketplace. The product itself is various files that users themselves upload and sell.
The question arose about the storage of these very files, since they will vary in size from 1kb - 10+gb depending on the content.
We thought about using Amazon services, but so far the budget does not allow doing it on it.
Please advise what can be used at the first moment, cheap and cheerful, so to speak.
There were even thoughts to deploy our own storage server (this idea was almost immediately thrown back).

deploy your own storage server (this idea was almost immediately discarded)

It is not entirely clear whether you have discarded an exclusively "iron" separate server, or incl. and virtual.
In any case, one of the options is "storage VPS", something like this (the link is just an example): https://hosthatch.com/storage-vps
You can also use storage services:
-- https: //www.hetzner.com/storage/storage-box (FTP and the like);
-- https://www.hetzner.com/storage/storage-share (NextCloud).
It is probably possible to beat the last two options in terms of price, but I believe that few of the well-known players will offer cheaper (although I did not check). These are ready-made solutions that are quite cheap and angry.

And among cloud storages, did you consider the option with S3-compatible storages, which are available in Russia and not only? They have different prices. There are other players besides AWS. There are Oracle Cloud, Google Cloud, Azure Blob storage and others. Plus, there are plenty of CDN solutions out there.
In addition to everything, from the point of view of the business model, you can divide storage into small file sizes and large ones, where you can pick up some special solution.
