Where can I get a server with really unlimited high-speed traffic?

I need an inexpensive data storage server. About 80Tb per month will be downloaded from this server.
All hosters everywhere write "Unlimited 1Gbps" in capital letters, but in reality, when a certain amount of traffic is exceeded, they cut the speed to ridiculous Mbps units. And at the same time, they declare with pathos that it is still unlimited.

They either hide information about unlimited limits deep in the documentation or do not provide it at all.

Other hosters have dedicated servers with a strictly limited amount of traffic and for its excess they put up a horse price tag.

Cloud storage technologies like S3 are incredibly expensive for such a volume of traffic.

Google and Yandex drives, when an undocumented limit is exceeded, completely close access to files without the ability to pay for the removal of the lock.

Now hetzner says: Dedicated server "Unlimited 1Gbps". In the documentation https://docs.hetzner.com/robot/general/traffic/ where unadvertised limits of unlimiteds are described, it is said that dedicated servers are 100% unlimited. And the threshold of 20TB does not apply to them.
Storage box and Storage Share also promise full unlimited for 30 euros.

Who faced this hosting. Tell me, is everything really unlimited in this regard?
There really is no traffic threshold after which the speed drops?
Or does the advertised 1Gbps eventually turn out to be a port to which 10 servers are connected and each server is guaranteed 10 megabits, and the rest depends on the busyness of other servers?

I need a dozen clients to have a guaranteed speed of 100 megabits each. Therefore, I need a server that has a real gigabit channel with full unlimited, and not marketing tricks.

hetzner says: Dedicated server "Unlimited 1Gbps" ... is everything really unlimited in this regard?

I myself did not use this service (in our line of business there is no need), but judging by what I read on near-hosting resources, yes, there is no limit.
Also, there is nothing stopping you from directly addressing this issue to their support.
Or the advertised 1Gbps eventually turns out to be a port to which 10 servers are connected

You are mixing Unlimited / Unmetered and Dedicated .
The server above on Hetzner will definitely be shared.
Cloud storage technologies like S3 are incredibly expensive for such a volume of traffic

If you really need a dedicated one, I don't think you should expect options under $300/month (we're talking about a server, not S3).
Start with Hurricane Electric, they will almost certainly have one of the lowest dedicated prices. In more exotic, "less connected" countries, you will need to add a minimum of a couple of hundred.
Yes, and this is all relevant if you don't need anything dubious - torrents, DMCA-ignored, etc. Such options will definitely be more expensive.
With the server from Hetzner, do the following: write two letters to the support.
The first - with a question about unlimited, bluntly saying that "I understand that you need to provide equal conditions for customers, but I really need unlimited, or at least NN terabytes per month." When they answer, write the second one, asking about dedicated, about how the channel from the first question is divided, and how much the dedicated one will cost.
About 80TB per month will be downloaded from this server

From budget options, look incl. on Netcup. Here, for example, for 80 TB: https://www.netcup.de/bestellen/produkt.php?produk...

1. The most optimal, you'll see. Torrent distribution. Let me remind you that you can distribute via magnet link.
2. Hosters sell dedicated line separately. You just don't know. That is, you buy a line under the contract and that's it. Well, yes, hotsers are deceiving about unlimited. But do you need a line or honest people?

the first is the most honest, the second is cheaper than $100
