Where is the best place to save temporary files in Premiere Pro 2018?

Hello. Please tell me, if all temporary files (media cache) of the premiere are stored on a regular HDD hard drive, will this affect the speed of work in the timeline?
The program itself is installed on the M2 SSD, the project files are on another SSD drive.
