Where is the best place to rent an IAAS resource pool (VDC) on vmware?

Good afternoon!

It is required to raise jobs at VMs, about 15 machines in total. I dealt with Cloud Director, so I want to find a provider specifically for vmware, I think I don’t rent by car, but a virtual data center with a pool of resources, I myself will see how much VMok to raise.
Tell me that because of foreign / our providers is now going well in terms of price / quality?
I am not familiar with the prices, I considered Baltnet - 82 EUR/month. per machine 2 vCPU, 4 GB, 100 GB SSD, backup once a month, expensive?
Rent a physical I don’t want a server, because I don’t want to buy software for virtualization, configure everything, etc., there is no desire and opportunity.

@athacker

Go to the vcloudproviders.vmware.com page ,
select a country in the search bar there, and look at the list of certified VMware cloud service providers. If you work with domestic ones, I categorically DO NOT recommend working with Cloud4y.

We are now also looking for a provider, AlexEfim , who did you choose in the end? Satisfied?
I came across a much more recent review - https://habr.com/post/334044/ And there, on the contrary, cloud4y, which is not recommended, is praised.
